Terms Upon purchase of a Wholeness Strategy Session, the client(s) will be provided a link that is live 24/7 to schedule sessions all at once or weekly via Calendly. After scheduling the initial session, the client will receive a confirmation email from Calendly. A release form will be included in this email and must be read, signed, and returned to info@wholebrothermission.com before the initial session. Signing of the release form is only required once before the initial session and is valid for future sessions. Auto-renewal may be canceled at any time.
Refund Policy Thanks for your purchase of a Wholeness Strategy Session. This product is a confidential meeting through telecommunication software and therefore is not a physical product. Purchase guarantees a time on our calendar to meet with a team member and clients are granted the opportunity to reschedule the session for a new date but the session, being a reserved time slot rather than a physical product, is NOT refundable. The system, Calendly, will allow you to reschedule your session up until a time before it begins via the confirmation email from your purchase. Missed sessions must be rescheduled at an additional cost with the exception of the first session. We will gladly reschedule your first session for you at no additional charge. Simply email info@wholebrothermission.com to reschedule a missed first session.
